"Art Week in India" International exhibition & competition of Contemporary Art
Registration: until October 7, 2019 inclusive.
Exhibition Dates: October 14-23, 2019
Exhibition address: India, New Delhi, st. Feroz Shah, 24.
Day of arrival and the formation of the exhibition: October 14, 2019, from 12.00 till 16.00.
There are three forms of participation :
1. Art print participation (you send file, we print and exhibit);
2. Artwork partiсipation (you ship artwork, we exhibit);
3. Personal partiсipation (you visit New Delhi and bring artwork in person).




Stage 1:
(in person (Artwork or Personal) and in absentia (Art Print) participants, send registration materials to the email address of the organizing committee This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. )
Registration kit includes:
1) Application form (filled in only one language, any):
ru  in Russian, download in Word, PDF;
en  in English, download in Word, PDF;

2) Labels for each art object :
ru  in Russian, download in Word, PDF;
en  in English, download Word, PDF;

3) author's photo (at least 3x4 cm in size)
4) photographs of entries (not less than 200 dpi, not more than 20 MB)
5) copy of the entry fee. You can see the cost of participation in the section: "Participation fee / registration fee"
Stage 2:

(for in person (Artwork or Personal) and in absentia (Art Print) participants - the organizing committee assigns a registration number and sends to the author a label with the number)

a) For absentee (Art Print) participants:
the organizing committee independently prints the sent files and places photocopies in the exposition; at the end of the competition week, diplomas (paper) will be sent to the address indicated by the author in the questionnaire.
b) For in person participants:
The author prints the received labels with the number on the front side of the art object (in the lower right corner) and prepares the art object for display.

Stage 3:
(only for in person participants - delivery of art objects to the exhibition site)
In person participants bring registered art objects to the exhibition hall and pass them in the exhibition.
You should have with you:
a) labels for each entry (with numbers assigned by the organizing committee)
b) completed in duplicate "Transfer Act" (download in Word)

Please note: participants in the competition program automatically participate in the fair program. If the author in the label indicates the value of his work, then the organizing committee sells these works at the specified cost (commission - 20%).

Expert Council / Jury
Unique feature of Art Week is Expert Council / Jury which consist of many professional indian and asian countries representatives of the World of Art.
The Expert Council includes the following professional groups:

a) famous members of unions and associations;
b) representatives of the specialized media;
c) head and art director of galleries;
d) art critics andart scientist.

Catalogue of participants of the Art Week
ArtWorks of participants of the Art Week published in the International edition of "New Faces in Arts". Catalogue published in two languages (Russian and English). Distributing the catalogue – galleries, exhibitions and fairs. The catalogue will be released in several volumes.

1) The works submitted to the contest must be the author's works, not copies of other artists. The signature, seal or any other identification mark of authorship in any place of the photo image is allowed. Subsequently, the contest images are published with the author's distinctive signs. Inscriptions with the names of art objects on the front side are not allowed.
2) The competition can be submitted as a single work, and a series.
3) "In Person" and "In Absentia" participants provide the same set of registration materials: application form, photos of the works and the author, lables.
4) Technical characteristics:
The exhibition accepts two- and three-dimensional works.
- The two-dimensional dimensions of the work can not exceed 80 cm);
- A three-dimensional artistic work (ie sculpture) can not exceed 150 cm).

For the registration the contestants should be provided:
- the files of competitive art objects: 100-300 dpi each file, up to 20 MB each, in the format .jpeg or .tiff. The photographic image can contain only a signature (copyright) marks. Names of works on the photo of the contest works are not allowed.
- the label-inventory (label standard 10x6 cm., in the lower right corner, on the front side).
The label includes: а) name of the author (co-authors); b) city; c) name of artwork; d) nomination; e) technique; f) sizes; g) creation year; h) the cost of the work (optional).Full-time artworks should have mounts / hooks for hanging on a vertical panel or mounts and supports to prevent the object from collapsing.
